Meet the key people who who make Career Compass a success: our dedicated team and incredible volunteers, both professional and student alike. Together, we ensure Career Compass runs smoothly, offering invaluable guidance and opportunities to help individuals navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity.
ARSALAN KHALIQUE
Founder & Chairman
Arsalan has worked in property for over 25 years, the last 10 years of which he has been CEO of the Maidenway Group of Companies, having driven the group to tremendous success. Indeed, they were recognised in 2017 by the London Stock Exchange as One of the 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain.
Passionately believing in the potential of youth, Arsalan is currently funding educational charities in Pakistan, and was likewise very keen to initiate a charity working with locally based young people. Hence, he founded The Property Prize, which in its short time has already enjoyed much success with many schools, students and employers signed up.

As well as Career Compass, Arsalan is currently working with some other charities and hopes to bring his business experience to the benefit of others wherever he can. He is a trustee of the Immigrants Aid Trust.
KATIE LINSHITS
COO
Katie has entrepreneurial experience, as well as a passion for the charity sector, especially focusing on helping children and young adults. She truly believes that everyone deserves the same chances and opportunities in life.

She has built a company in the travel sector from scratch, as well as had a wide range of experience in helping companies reach their full potential by correctly marketing themselves. Her extensive experience in dealing with multi-national companies, smaller organisations and charities is key to building a network of schools and employers critical to the success of Career Compass. Furthermore, having volunteered with children and young adults from underprivileged backgrounds, she has a good understanding of how to inspire and support them to achieve their goals.
Haris joined Career Compass in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, prior to which he worked for a number of audit and accountancy firms and companies in the property sector. His responsibility is to oversee the financial side of the charity and ensure that all income and expenditure is properly accounted for.
